Hello
I’ve been having trouble starting my Honda Camino after it sits out in cold weather for a few hours. 
The engine cranks but struggles to fire up. Could it be a carburetor issue; or something else common with these models?
I’ve already checked the spark plug; & it seems fine. Do I need to adjust the fuel mixture for colder temperatures? 
I have checked Honda - Mopedsnack msbi reference guide but still need advice .
Any advice /experiences with similar cold-start issues would be appreciated.
